Wax museum Madame Tussauds brings its display of famous figures to Bangkok

Madame Tussauds, the world-famous wax museum, is opening its first display in Southeast Asia in Bangkok at Siam Discovery shopping mall this December. Established 250 years ago by French sculptor Madame Marie Tussauds who dedicated her life to creating wax figures of important world figures the Bangkok outlet has been given permission to create wax likenesses of HRH Prince Mahitala Thibed Adulyadej Vikrom Phra Baroma Rajajanok and HRH Princess Srinagarinda to be displayed in the Royal Hall. Other famous Thai figures such as Field Marshal Pibulsonggram, Dr Porntip Rojanasunan, Ad Carabao, Tata Toung and Anne Thongprasom will also be among those displayed. As an opening promotion, visitors can buy one ticket and get one free until November 30 at ticket booths in Siam Discovery, Siam Center, Siam Ocean World and all branches of Thai Ticket Major.
